Email Marketing & LinkedIn Outreach
Email is where leads are nurtured, past customers come back and B2B conversations start. We run email marketing for your existing contacts and build outbound programs that work hand in hand with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, so every prospect gets one coordinated conversation instead of disconnected messages on two channels.
How it works
What you get
We start with your Ideal Customer Profile and build account and lead lists in LinkedIn Sales Navigator. Contacts are enriched, verified and synced to your CRM, then each prospect enters one coordinated sequence: a profile view and personalised connection request on LinkedIn, a relevant first email, a LinkedIn follow-up, a case study email and a final meeting request. When a prospect replies on either channel, both channels stop and the conversation is handed to you with full context. For your existing customers and leads, automated email flows and monthly campaigns keep you front of mind and bring back repeat work.
- ICP lists built in LinkedIn Sales Navigator, enriched and email-verified
- Synced LinkedIn and email sequences with one shared cadence
- Automatic pause on every channel the moment a prospect replies
- Nurture flows: welcome, quote follow-up, service reminders, win-back
- Monthly newsletters and seasonal campaigns for your customer list
- Domain setup (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), warm-up and inbox placement checks
- Lead scoring from opens, clicks, replies and profile visits
- CRM sync with HubSpot, Salesforce or your own CRM

Example cadence
A 12-day synced sequence
Timing and messages are adapted to your market, buyer and offer. This is a typical B2B cadence.
- Day 0LinkedIn
Prospect saved to a Sales Navigator lead list with buying signals noted, profile viewed.
- Day 1LinkedIn
Personalised connection request that references their company, project or role. No pitch.
- Day 2Email
Email 1: a short, relevant problem statement for their role and one proof point.
- Day 4LinkedIn
If connected: a thank-you message with a useful resource. If not: engage with their recent post.
- Day 6Email
Email 2: a case study from a similar business in their industry or area.
- Day 9LinkedIn
A short question about their current approach, sent as a LinkedIn message or InMail.
- Day 12Email
Email 3: a clear, low-pressure meeting request with a booking link.
- Any dayBoth
A reply, meeting booking or opt-out on either channel stops every step and updates the CRM.
Sync rules
How the channels work together
- One shared sequence per prospect across LinkedIn and email, never two separate campaigns
- Replies on either channel pause both channels instantly
- Bounced or unverified emails switch the prospect to a LinkedIn-only path
- Connection accepted and no email reply: the next touch moves to LinkedIn
- Opens, clicks, replies and profile visits feed the lead score
- LinkedIn activity stays within LinkedIn's weekly limits and is sent from a real profile
What we report
- Connection acceptance rate
- Email delivery and bounce rate
- Reply rate by channel
- Positive reply rate
- Meetings booked
- MQLs and SQLs
- Pipeline value
- Revenue won

Questions About Email Marketing
Is cold email legal in every country?
The rules differ by country. B2B cold email to business addresses is generally allowed in the USA and the UK with clear identification and an easy opt-out, while Canada (CASL), Australia (Spam Act), Singapore and several EU countries, including the Netherlands, require consent or inferred consent. We set sending rules per country and use LinkedIn-first sequences where cold email isn't appropriate. This is general guidance, not legal advice.
Do you use LinkedIn automation tools?
No bots that break LinkedIn's terms. Sequences are planned and tracked in our system, and LinkedIn actions are sent from your real profile within LinkedIn's weekly limits, which protects your account.
Which email platforms do you work with?
HubSpot, Mailchimp, Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign, Brevo and most CRMs with email built in. For outbound we use a separate sending domain so your main domain's reputation stays safe.
Is this only for B2B?
No. For trades and home services we also run email marketing to past customers and quote recipients: service reminders, seasonal offers and win-back campaigns that bring in repeat work.
