The challenge
Where the business was stuck
- Remodeling buyers research for months and collect multiple bids, so speed alone doesn't win.
- Many inquiries come from homeowners without a realistic budget.
- Kitchen and bath remodels are visual purchases, yet many sites show few finished projects.
- Peak season (inquiries peak in january to april as homeowners plan projects for the year, with a second rise in early fall before the holidays) was not being planned for, so budget ran out when demand was highest.
The approach
Three services, one goal
We focused on Website Optimization (UX/UI & CRO), Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Content Marketing, the three channels with the best cost per project for remodeling businesses in Dallas. Every call, form and chat was tracked to a booked outcome from week one, so every decision was based on revenue, not clicks.
What we did
The technical work behind the numbers, service by service.
Service 1
Website Optimisation (UX/UI & CRO)
- Ran a UX audit using heatmaps and 1,100 session recordings to find where mobile visitors dropped off.
- Rebuilt 9 landing pages with one offer, one call to action and proof (reviews, licenses, guarantees) above the fold.
- Cut the inquiry form from 11 fields to 4, added a sticky click-to-call bar and a multi-step quote form on mobile.
- Ran 6 A/B tests on headlines, form placement and offers; the winning variants now carry all traffic.
Service 2
Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Installed the Meta Pixel and Conversions API server-side, lifting event match quality from 5.2 to 8.8 out of 10.
- Launched Instant Form lead ads with 3 qualifying questions (area, job type, timeframe) to filter out low-intent leads.
- Tested 39 creatives: before and after photos, short job videos and owner-to-camera clips; the top 4 now carry the budget.
- Built audiences from website visitors, video viewers and a 2% lookalike of past customers, excluding existing clients.
- Synced lead ad submissions to the CRM in real time so every lead was called within minutes.
Service 3
Content Marketing
- Built a content plan of 22 articles around cost, comparison and how-to questions for kitchen remodeling and bathroom remodeling.
- Produced 30 short videos from real jobs and repurposed them for the website, Google Business Profile, YouTube and social.
- Created a downloadable buyer guide as a lead magnet, capturing 154 email leads a month for follow-up.
- Linked every article to the matching service page and quote form, so readers move from research to inquiry.
